This MGM programme is open to all BOC cardholders from 1 January 2010 to 31 March 2010. |
| • |
Referrals' applications have to be submitted to BOC not later than 16 April 2010. |
| • |
Referrals must be first time applicants to BOC credit cards and only new-to-bank approved customers are qualified as successful referrals |
| • |
Regardless of the number of BOC credit cards applied by a referee, the referrer will only be deemed as having made one referral. |
| • |
Referrals for card upgrades, conversions and supplementary cards are not eligible for this programme. |
| • |
There is no limit to the number of referrals a cardholder can introduce. |
| • |
The referrer shall consent to BOC disclosing his/her name to his/her friends and/or family members whom he/she had referred. |
| • |
Upon referral of new-to-bank approved customers, the referrer will receive the following:

Gifts are based on while stocks last and BOC reserves the right to replace the gifts with items of similar value at its discretion without notice. |

Gifts are non transferable, non exchangeable & non replaceable for credit, cash or kinds in all cases, whether in whole or in part. |

BOC is not supplier of the products and/or services redeemed/purchased using the gifts and will not accept any liability in relation thereto. |
| • |
Successful referrers have to charge to their credit cards in order to redeem for the cash which are credited to their card accounts. |
| • |
Cash will be credited to the referrers card accounts within two months after the end date of the MGM programme. |
| • |
Gift redemption letters will be sent to the referrers within two months after the end date of the MGM programme. |
| • |
In the event if the referrers credit cards have been cancelled either voluntarily or involuntarily, no credit balance request or withdrawal will be entertained. |
| • |
If there is more than one referrer for the same new to bank customer, the first referrer who referred the applicant with complete referral's information will be entitled for the reward(s). |
| • |
BOC reserves the right to terminate/vary/withdraw/substitute the above programme at any time without having to disclose any reason therefore and without any payment or compensation whatsoever. |

BOC's decision on all matters relating to the MGM programme, including without limitation on the time of receipt of MGM Referral Forms is final. |
| • |
The decision of BOC on all matters relating to the promotion is final, conclusive and no correspondence will be entertained. |
| • |
Should there be any discrepancy or inconsistency in interpretation between the English version and the Chinese translation of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail. |
